Our Proposals

The proposals are for two industrial / warehouse buildings, access points and roads, car parking, landscaping and space for large vehicle loading and turning. The main commercial access for both proposed buildings would be via the A3024, Bursledon Road, to the west of the site, with the access for employee car parking to unit 1 being taken from the A27, West End Road, on the eastern side of the site.

  • Wates have the capacity, capital resources and expertise to secure planning and partner the delivery of the project promptly and efficiently
  • There is an objectively identified need for warehouse space in the region and this project can be delivered in 2 years from detailed planning permission being granted

  • Wates propose to deliver a sustainable, energy efficient development with excellent EPC and BREEAM ratings
  • The site is accessible from Southampton and Portsmouth using bus services
  • The site is easily accessible by bicycle using the existing cycle path, encouraging sustainable travel by employees
